From a very young age, I was drawn to the mysteries of life. My search began in the first years of life, when I looked out the window of my room on a 16th floor, the sunrise over the horizon of the Rio de la Plata and marveled at the cycles of the stars and the moon.

My mother sent me to do classical dance when I was 2 years old, so all my childhood I was investigating different dance styles. At the age of 10 I began to develop myself in various sports and in theater, until at the age of 15 I met Hatha Yoga, with which I fell madly in love, leaving aside team sports, to dive even deeper into myself._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

My adolescence was colored by the inner search. After a major psychological crisis and repeated panic attacks, I began to meditate daily and investigate the esoteric universe. At that time there were the first contacts with astrology, yoga,  the arts in all their manifestations and a deep spiritual search that led me to know various religions and philosophies of life.

These great crises led me to discover Vipassana meditation through the 10-day silent retreats. This beautiful technique accompanies my days today.

 When I finished high school, I started studying to be a Yoga instructor, while I was studying puppet theater and acting at UNSAM. Curiously, during those years from 18 to 25 I dedicated myself to training (studying several years  each career, but without finishing them) in Fine Arts at the IUNA, I played the traverse flute and the piano, I studied of psychodrama in Mothers of Plaza de Mayo.

In those years, I did 3 Yoga instructor courses at Ananda yoga, the International School of Yoga and a postgraduate degree at the Patanjali school. At the same time I trained as an Ayurvedic masseuse at the Deva Prema school and finished my astrology degree at the Aztlan Transpersonal Psychology school. 

In 2014 I traveled to India for a year to continue training in Hatha Yoga and mantra yoga. During my time in this incredible country I did the Iyengar yoga instructor course at the "Kashmir Shaivism school of yoga" and Tantra Yoga at the "Bihar school of Yoga" of the Satyananda branch.

Upon returning to Buenos Aires, I inaugurated the Casa Cristal space. From 2015 to 2019, I studied Tarot at the Consideral school and finished my astrology degree at the CASA XI school.
 

Currently, I am a 3rd year student of the Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Flores. I complement my training with different courses on transpersonal psychology, Tantra Yoga and the therapeutic use of medicinal plants and Bach Flowers through astrology.

At the professional level, I find myself offering face-to-face and virtual Hatha Yoga classes, I offer therapeutic Tarot sessions, astrological consulting, self-development processes   and I create daily content for my social networks.
